Live Remote Assistance

After you contact Help Desk Support, a Corporate Technologies Help Desk Agent will determine if live remote assistance is required. If it is, your Help Desk Representative will direct you to the Corporate Technologies Live Remote Assistance page with an access code so we can access your machine remotely. You must first contact the Help Desk by phone or email to receive the code.
