Introducing VMware vSphere™ 4
VMware vSphere™ 4 is the industry’s first cloud operating system, which uses the power of virtualization to transform datacenters into dramatically simplified cloud computing infrastructures. |
This transformation enables the next generation of flexible, reliable IT services to be delivered both within internal clouds, as well as from external clouds, securely and with low risk. Combining VMware’s industry leading virtualization technology and experience, vSphere delivers uncompromising control, with greater efficiency, while preserving customer choice. VMware vSphere™ is the next generation of the powerful and proven VMware® Infrastructure 3 platform, used by more than 130,000 customers. |

|
Would you like to learn more? CPR and VMware will be hosting an informative lunch and learn in June on the new enhancements within vSphere 4. We will explain the upgrade path from previous versions to vSphere and provide an overview of changes within SAN architectures as it relates to virtualization. Watch for more details coming soon.
Ready to Upgrade? For a limited time, upgrade your VMware Infrastructure 3 Standard license to vSphere 4 Advanced or upgrade your VMware Infrastructure 3 Enterprise license to vSphere 4 Enterprise Plus for over 50% off the list price. To learn more about VMware vSphere and to take advantage of the promotion, contact your CPR Account Manager. |

| CPR Upgrades IT Security Practice |
Information Technology (IT) Security Assessments are critical to an organization's ability to meet regulatory requirements, and to mitigate security risks as they evolve. For several years CPR has delivered excellent quality IT Security Assessments at very affordable prices.
CPR is now upgrading our IT security offerings offered to our clients and is committed to serve your IT security needs as they evolve. To that end CPR has formed a partnership with Red Rock Information Security (RRIS), a Grand Rapids based organization that specializes in IT security solutions. Red Rock’s principals have performed IT security consulting services, ranging from security assessments to complete FFIEC IT Audits, for financial institutions and businesses for a number of years. RRIS security consultants hold the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification. CISSP is the gold-standard, internationally recognized, information security certification. |
 |
The enhanced assessment will collect, analyze and provide remediation recommendations for information security from two perspectives: internal and external. The internal assessment covers technology as seen from within your organization, while the external assessment covers technical components seen from the internet. The assessment process will include a comprehensive network scan, password policy analysis, router and firewall analysis, comprehensive host system vulnerability scan, physical access to systems and data as well as information technology policies and procedures. A major enhancement to the assessment will include a detailed scan of Windows systems which will uncover weaknesses in basic configuration and expose vulnerabilities in non-Windows applications. Following the analysis, remediation recommendations will be provided for each vulnerability.
CPR is confident that you will find the upgraded security assessment to be excellent. To further assure you, CPR will honor a money-back, satisfaction guarantee.
