Prepaid Labor
You have a plan. You know how much to budget for your voice and data network support. You do not want to deal with a bill for each service event.

You deserve a discount! Corporate Technologies LLC prepaid labor provides up to a 20% discount off our normal hourly rates when you purchase service time in advance. With three purchase options to choose from, you can choose the amount that is right for you. Use the time for whatever you need: hardware repair, networking support, telephone system moves, additions, and changes, or consulting.

Technical Support Agreements
It’s about answers. Corporate Technologies LLC is your resource on demand through a Technical Support Agreement (TSA) to provide answers to PC and network related questions or issues. Your call will be answered promptly and courteously by a Technical Support Specialist during normal business hours. We also guarantee response time in the unlikely event we have to call you back.

A Technical Support Agreement is available to complement our on-site and carry-in services. The Technical Support Specialists at Corporate Technologies LLC are trained, certified, and experienced in answering questions and troubleshooting problems on the most common desktop and server operating systems.

Services Agreements
Corporate Technologies LLC offers complete parts & labor coverage for your equipment that is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage consists of next-business day service either on-site or carry-in. One free cleaning per year is also included.

Having an IT professional on staff can be a huge annual expense. Why not let Corporate Technologies LLC be your IS staff? For a nominal monthly fee on a per workstation/server basis, all your IT needs can be fulfilled by our professional staff. With Technology Advantage^® you get priority 4 hour response times, full parts and labor coverage for all equipment, free annual cleanings, free installation of equipment purchased through Corporate Technologies LLC, and an ability to budget your IT dollars effectively.
