Do you really need new PCs or would a memory upgrade suffice?
Are your employees complaining of a slow PCs, applications failing, or the constant need to reboot? Are you ready to move forward with purchasing new machines? Are you sure you really need new?
Recently Corporate Technologies has helped two clients save thousands of dollars by simply adding memory to their computers versus purchasing new machines. This can lengthen the life and quality of your equipment by a couple of years and save you money.
Both clients are part of Corporate Technologies managed services program - Technology Advantage®. As part of this service Corporate Technologies provides monthly Executive Summary Reports and a quarterly business review. The Executive Summary report recaps information like; help desk calls, onsite visits, device summary, alerts, asset lists and device details. This detailed report may look like gibberish to the untrained eye, but it is a window into your server and desktop environment. The Executive Summary Report is used to help you make educated decisions in regards to your businesses IT infrastructure.
Using these reports, your Account Manager will review your environment and make recommendations based on information such as: memory available, average CPU utilization and processor time and hard drive space.
Before signing off on your next hardware purchase, it would be beneficial to speak with a Technology Advantage representative. Consider having Corporate Technologies focus on your technology, so you can focus on what you do well – running your business. |
