Online Customer Access Portal now available
Now, Corporate Technologies’ clients can have quick and convenient access to reports, invoices, and can open call tickets through the Customer Access Portal. This free service is available to all current Corporate Technologies clients, simply request a login ID from your Account Manager. The portal allows you to:
View your call tickets with filtering capabilities
Open a new call ticket
Check the status of invoices and print invoices
Email questions or concerns to your Account Manager
Add additional users within your organization giving them access to the portal


If you are a current Technology Advantage client, the portal allows you to view the current Service Contract that’s in place and the number of units that are covered.

In addition, you are able to view details including device type, manufacture and model of all devices under contract.  The portal also lists the number of alerts, when they occurred, and the type of alert - both devices down and hardware alerts.
