Help Desk Connect

We offer a fully staffed and responsive Help Desk that is available at your convenience with its 24/7 support. It is staffed by well trained, certified, and experienced engineers who want to help.
Our Help Desk provides unlimited Tier 1 support. This includes most day-to-day desktop issues that your organization might encounter. One of the many benefits of Help Desk Connect is it provides live remote assistance. Technicians can access your computer and complete the necessary repairs all without leaving their desk. This is a plus because majority of IT problems can, in fact, be solved remotely.
In addition to this, another main benefit is the monthly Network Assessment. Every month, you will receive an in-depth review of your organization’s network health. The report features information about your asset and life cycle management, individual PC’s and network patches. Our Help Desk engineers are easily accessible by phone or email.

Proceeding to Tier 2 support, we offer Technology Advantage®. This service is great because it includes 24/7 access to our Help Desk staff, as well as higher level technical support.
With Technology Advantage®, issues that our Help Desk are unable to resolve will be assigned to a higher-level Onsite engineer that will come to your location. In addition to resolving your issue, the engineer will assess the environment of your desktop and server room and recommend changes that would benefit you.
Technology Advantage® also provides you with a dedicated Account Manager that will be your main point of contact with our company. They have the ability to manage resources in order to complete important projects on your network and leverage multiple vendors to make sure you get the best price for new hardware and software. Every quarter, your Account Manager will visit your site to make sure you are in the know about the health of your systems and guide you through any questions you might have.
